How did Paul come up with the name one might ask? Paul says that the heating and cooling units in a home work just like the body does. The compressor acts like the heart. The Freon lines are the veins. The Freon is the blood that flows through the lines. The evaporator coil is the respiratory system. The thermostat is the brain that controls the system.

Our company started when our owner realized that his dream could be a reality. After graduating from Ayers College in 2002, Paul Williams Jr., did what every new graduate from HVAC training programs does, he went to work for a local HVAC company. He started at the bottom, just as new graduates do and over the years advanced to lead technician.
After 14 years of working for someone else, Paul decided to open his own company. He wanted his company to be one that viewed customers like family. Paul built his initial customer base by doing work for home warranty companies. Over the next few years, those customers spread the word about the company and how Paul always went above and beyond. The calls started pouring in and now his customer base is in the thousands.
Caring for customers comes naturally as Paul is a father of 3 beautiful children. He always thinks, “What can I do to make this customer comfortable?” If that means putting in a window unit until the new unit is available or bringing over space heaters until the furnace can be replaced, he will do it.
